Well, we're not hiring now, though we are looking for an intern (or maybe two) in the New York City area or just able to take trips to there.
What are we looking for? Brains, ethics, flexibility, good language skills, tech literate.
So far people whose minds and intensity occasionally frighten the more conventional have worked out best. Given past experience, if half of your wardrobe is black and at least five aspects of modern society drive you to distraction then that's a good start.
Next big issue, can you be creative while simultaneously precisely following directions? Not kinda, not sorta, not "I really meant to but I forgot". Precisely.
If that's you, then much fun may await for you and us.
If you want to be considered then write a short essay (about three hundred words) on gender issues as they relate to Microsoft, current Marvel Comics and shoe prices. Provide an example of a mass transit issue that annoys you and how it could be improved. Send your essays to both our email address (as one PDF file) and (on blue paper) to our snailmail address.
I look forward to hearing from you.
